Spider walk at ARC grounds

November 21 @ 8:30 am - 2:00 pm

Spider walk in the grounds of the ARC (Agricultural Research Council) Roodeplaat, followed by a quick tour of the Arachnology section, the National Collection of Arachnida, and a chat to the scientists.

The extensive grounds consist of thick, natural bush, open grassy areas, a koppie, dams, fields, old and new buildings and a network of roads and footpaths. We plan to actually collect and will explore the undeveloped “wild” parts of the grounds.

Booking is essential as we have to supply an attendance list to security. Book at info@spiderclub.co.za or send a message to Jarrod on 067 833 2191.

When booking please give us your cell phone number and we will set up a WhatsApp group for the event.

Directions will be supplied when booking is confirmed.
