We ask for a donation for attendance at field and certain other events and suggest R100 for adults and R20 for children 11 years and younger, with the option of donating R300 PER FAMILY for an annual subscription in July each year.

Some venues will also require an entrance fee which must be paid by each individual. 

For field trips we will supply vials, magnifiers, plastic pill bottles and some other basic collecting equipment, but please bring your own if you have as well as any reference books, a picnic lunch, adequate water, a hat and good walking shoes.

Annual General Meeting and spider walk

Spider walk: Saturday 1pm
AGM: Sunday 10:30am
Day fee (R100pp). No fee for children (12 and younger).
Accommodation is self-catering and is free for registered members (bring your own food and drinks).
Bring family and friends for a weekend (or a day) at Deelfontein Guest Farm in the Vredefort Dome, looking for spiders on Saturday, and our AGM and a braai on Sunday (bring your own food and drinks).
A limited number of nets and vials will be available for the spider walk. If you have your own, please bring them. A projector will be available at the AGM to showcase photos.
