Spider identification course – ARC Roodeplaat

July 21 @ 8:30 am

R100

Come and join us for an indoors event during this cold winter time. A super fun day looking at different spider families under microscopes to see what defining characteristics each one has in order to ID them.

You will learn to ID the common spider families found in and around your homes, as well as a bit of information on these families and what they are able to do.
A bonus is that you get to take a look at the national collection of arachnida, which holds most of every species found here in South Africa.
We ask a donation of R100 per adult and R50 for kids under the age of 12.
Pack a light lunch or some snacks to get you through the course.
Kind Regards
Jarrod Todd
