SPIDER WALK: Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden

March 11 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Come and join the Spider Club on a guided spider walk, led by Astri Leroy, to celebrate and protect the smaller residents of the Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden.

As part of the National Botanical Gardens week we will celebrate the diversity of spiders in particular and other small creatures in general and their role in the ecosystem. This will allow us to appreciate the diversity, ecological importance and presence within protected green spaces and show us why the National Botanical Gardens are essential refuges for spider and other small creatures and why conserving them matters for a thriving ecosystem.
Remember to bring a hat, sunscreen, water, and comfortable walking shoes.
Entrance is free, but any donations to the Spider Club are welcome.
See you there!
